Midas Play is a lobby that connects players to independent agents who operate accounts on third-party sweepstakes/social gaming platforms (FireKirin, Juwa 777, OrionStar, MilkyWay, PandaMaster, Cash Frenzy, Cash Machine, and similar). Midas Play itself does not hold player funds, issue game credits, or operate the underlying games — every account, deposit, and withdrawal is created and processed by the agent you sign up through. Your relationship for deposits, credits, and payouts is with that agent, not with Midas Play.

You must be 18 years or older to register or use any service linked from this site. By creating an account you confirm you meet this age requirement and that use of sweepstakes/social gaming platforms is legal where you live. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws of your jurisdiction.

• Every player account is bound to the agent whose link or code was used to sign up.
• Requesting a game account on any platform (FireKirin, Juwa 777, OrionStar, etc.) sends that request to your agent, who creates the real account on the platform and provides your login details.
• Deposits are made using payment methods your agent lists in-app; your agent applies the credit to your game account.
• Withdrawals are requested in-app and paid out by your agent through the same channel.
• Midas Play displays account status and balances reported by the connected platforms and by your agent, but does not independently guarantee the accuracy or timing of any agent-side action.

Referral bonuses and promo codes are funded and honored by the agent running them, under whatever terms that agent has set for the offer. Midas Play tracks referral and redemption activity but is not the party responsible for paying out a referral bonus — your agent is.

• Creating more than one account, or an account on behalf of someone under 18.
• Attempting to circumvent an agent’s account limits, self-exclusion, or verification requests.
• Using automated tools to interact with the site outside normal browser use.
• Any activity that violates the terms of the underlying game platform your agent has connected you to.

Midas Play is provided "as is." Game platforms it links to are operated by third parties outside Midas Play’s control, and availability, payout timing, and game behavior on those platforms are not guaranteed by Midas Play.

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
